Here is the Les Moineaux Charter that respects the latest guidelines and recommendations for the health safety and well-being of our customers and our team: all actors = solidarity!

THE ESSENTIAL GESTURES, all concerned!

Use of water-based gel and regular hand washing with soapy water
Social distancing and wearing masks when suspicious
Information and isolation in case of symptoms as soon as possible
Waste sorting: waste bins are available in front of the hotel, near the bike/ski room

To avoid maximum interaction, the «recouche» service (daily cleaning of the room) is offered on request only. Remember to put the green card to inform us that you want this service or the blue card for changing the bath linen only.

We would appreciate it if you could put your personal belongings (bedroom and bathroom) in the wardrobe, free the room for the work of our team and leave the premises.

For information, the cleaning service is carried out from 8.30 to 13.00 and under the above conditions.

Full cleaning of all rooms and common areas prior to reopening our facility
Increased frequency of cleaning of common areas, gym, games and elevator
Training and awareness of all our team on protocol and compliance with health rules
Total disinfection of the room after each client departure
Systematic change of microfiber cloths and wipes after cleaning each room
Respect the distances between the clean circuit and the dirty circuit (garbage cans and laundry)
Removal and systematic change of all linen bathroom, bedroom and furnishings after each stay
Use of disinfectant detergents approved according to EN14476+A2 as well as cleaning with ozonated water produced by our Tersano plant – environmentally friendly technique, effective against coronavirus, virucide, bactericide and fungicide following tests of 24/4/2020 according to EN14476 standards with patented distributor of OAS.
Systematic disinfection of room keys, remote controls, telephones and credit card TPE
Disinfection of restaurant furniture after each service as well as racks (salt, pepper, wine list).

Individual Reservations

When booking through with bnetwork, you agree to these conditions.

Please kindly note that some areas will be submitted to a restricted access. Please make sure that you can obtain the accreditation level needed to access your hotel.

1. Accommodation Payable

The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 5 days of booking.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds is received by bnetwork.
If your payment is not received within the given schedule, your option will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Some hotels may have a higher minimum stay; in this case, this information is specified for each property in the room rates section.

3. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received before March 12, 2026, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received from March 13, 2026, you are committed to pay for all the nights initially reserved.

In any event, cancellation fees cannot be used to credit another booking or another night and are non-refundable.

4. Accommodation Invoicing Process

• bnetwork collects payments for all reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your Hotel before departure.

Group Reservations

When you make a purchase with bnetwork, you agree to accept these conditions.

Please kindly note that some areas downtown will be submitted to a restricted access. Please make sure that you can obtain the accreditation level needed to access your hotel.

1. Accommodation Minimum Payable

Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Some hotels may have a higher minimum stay; in this case, this information is specified for each property in the room rates section.

2. Amount Requested

- A payment of 100% of the total amount of your room block is required at the time of booking. Any additional rooms or nights will also need to be fully prepaid at the time of booking in order to be confirmed.

The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 5 days of booking.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds for the reserved rooms is received by bnetwork. In case the requested amount is not received at the date scheduled, only the nights/rooms paid will be confirmed to the hotel, the nights/rooms unpaid may be released back into the booking system for resale.

3. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

• From the date of booking, a 100% penalty will be charged for any additional room/night cancelled, unless we are able to resell the rooms or nights. You agree to pay for all rooms/nights booked.

4. Accommodation Invoicing Process

• bnetwork collects payments for all reservations.
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment. You will be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation at the end of the event.
