When booking through with bnetwork, you agree to these conditions.

Please kindly note that some areas will be submitted to a restricted access. Please make sure that you can obtain the accreditation level needed to access your hotel.

1. Accommodation Payable

The full prepayment of all the nights reserved is requested within 5 days of booking.

Your reservation will not be confirmed until the full amount in cleared funds is received by bnetwork. 
If your payment is not received within the given schedule, your option will be automatically cancelled.

Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Some hotels may have a higher minimum stay; in this case, this information is specified for each property in the room rates section.

3. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email. Cancellation charges may apply as stipulated below:

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received before March 12, 2026, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.

• In case of cancellation or a shortened stay request received from March 13, 2026, you are committed to pay for all the nights initially reserved. 

In any event, cancellation fees cannot be used to credit another booking or another night and are non-refundable.

4. Accommodation Invoicing Process

• bnetwork collects payments for all reservations. 
• Payments will then be transferred in full to the relevant Hotel(s).
• You will receive an accommodation confirmation upon receipt of the full payment but you will not be provided with an official invoice from bnetwork for your accommodation. Your payment to bnetwork will appear as a deduction on the final invoice  issued by your Hotel upon check out. The balance due on the final invoice will have to be settled directly with your Hotel  before departure.
